FIRE crews tackled a chip shop fire in Kidlington this evening.
The fire, at The Rainbow take away in High Street, started at about 6.30pm.
Three fire crews tackled the fire in the shop's deep fat fryers.
The building was evacuated and there were no injuries.
Firefighters remain on the scene to ventilate the building.
