I CAN only echo Ken Roper’s remarks about lost and missing parcels (Oxford Mail ViewPoints, January 13 and 23).
I have been waiting for an item which I ordered on December 1, and in all honesty I have given up any hope of seeing it.
Also, the idea of collecting our mail, transporting it to Swindon and then returning it to us is hardly what one might describe as economy-minded.
