ONE lane of the M40 north bound is currently closed between junctions nine and 10 after a small van overturned.
The male driver is trapped inside the van and emergency services are at the scene trying to release him from the grey and white Vauxhall van.
The man has suspected neck injuries. No other vehicle was involved when the accident happened at 10.04am.
