Jake Orwa, 19, of Edmonds Road, Banbury, admitted assault by beating in Banbury between September 7 and 26. Given four weeks in a young offender institution “because this was a domestic assault on your mother and your previous convictions”. Also told to pay £100 and given a one-year restraining order not to go to an address in Banbury.
Krystian Hajduk, 24, of Burwell Drive, Witney, admitted assault by beating in Witney on August 21, failing to surrender to court bail on September 5and being drunk and disorderly in High Street, Witney, on October 15. Jailed for 14 days and given a six-month exclusion order from Witney town centre. Told to pay £50 compensation and fined £50 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
