IF THE Green Party is so keen on reducing traffic and pollution, why doesn’t it go out and photograph every untaxed vehicle parked in Oxford and get these offending vehicles clamped?
The police seem unable to do this for some reason, yet it is the only way to reduce traffic and to raise money for the state purse.
Every owner of an untaxed vehicle should be banned from driving for 10 years.
