Sir – Recently a friend received a letter from a local council employee, whose department title amounted to seven words.
However, can we start a competition for the most verbose and bureaucratic job title? This was Corporate Secretariat Manager and Freedom of Information Officer. I will donate £20 to a charity if a reader can come up with a longer title!
