Domingos Fernandes, 40, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Lawrence Road, Oxford, on October 24. He had 91 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Told to do 180 hours’ unpaid work and pay £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.
Wayne Robinson, 52, of Crosslands Drive, Abingdon, admitted assault by beating and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Abingdon on October 8. Fined £200 and to pay £100 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 in costs.
Richard Barnes, 33, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted destroying a security barrier belonging to Tesco in Magdalen Street, Oxford, on September 7. Fined £50, told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £5 in compensation.
Gabriel Chamberlain, 38, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted burglary of Wahoo in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, taking six bottles of alcohol on September 4. Given a three-month curfew and told to pay £85 in costs.
