A former airman has been jailed for downloading hundreds of images of child pornography.
Some of the material accessed by Terrence Pitts, 61, of Rochester Way, Twyford, with photographs of children aged between three and 15, was rated at the most severe.
On Friday, Oxford Crown Court heard he downloaded more than 1,500 images.
Judge Patrick Eccles jailed him for six months. Pitts, who has a partner and three children, must sign the sex offender register for seven years.
