Dervent Moulton, 35, of The Crescent, Bicester, admitted driving without a licence and without insurance in Kings End, Bicester, on November 4. Fined £230, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for a year.

Teresa Sinclair, 51, of Shaw Close, Bicester, admitted drink driving in Bicester on November 3. Namely having 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £320, a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.

James Boxall, 41, of Kings Road, Banbury, admitted stealing lead from St Mary’s Primary School, Southam Road, Banbury, on October 13. Given an eight-week sentence, suspended for a year. Given nine months’ supervision and told to undertake a restorative-justice requirement and the employment, training and education activity for five days. Also told to pay £500 compensation.

Kyle Willoughby, 24, of Waterloo Drive, Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis (Class B) in Banbury on September 21. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

David Eustace, 38, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted assault causing actual bodily harm in Banbury on October 13 and assault by beating on October 25. Given a five-month prison sentence, suspended for two years with two years’ supervision. Given a 22-day alcohol-treatment programme and a 36-day domestic-violence requirement.

Kyle Gogarty, 19, of Lesford Road, Reading, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Eynsham on May 22 to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Given a nine-week prison sentence, suspend for a year. Given 12 months’ supervision and told to pay £80 costs.

Michael Thompson, 24, of Bartlett Close, Witney, admitted criminally damaging a £300 window belonging to Texaco garage in Witney on April 9. Jailed for six weeks.
