Jurors in the trial of a man accused of exposing himself to children while on a mobility scooter have failed to reach a verdict.
John Devine, 58, denied exposing himself in the green in Marlborough Gardens, Faringdon, on March 27.
Following a trial at Oxford Crown Court last week, jurors could not agree a verdict.
The 58-year-old defendant, of Coxwell Road, Faringdon, known as ‘Scabby John’, was bailed while the Crown Prosecution Services considers whether or not to pursue a retrial.
