A man has been remanded in custody after appearing in court charged with a glassing at a city bar.
Michael Rendell, 24, was at Oxford Crown Court yesterday charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Stephen Walsh suffered a serious neck injury at the Bell and Compass in New Road early on November 20.
Rendell, of Clark’s Row, central Oxford, was not required to enter a plea and was remanded ahead of a plea hearing on February 13.
