THE closing statements in the Cogges Link Road (CLR) public inquiry in Witney will now take place on November 30.
The public inquiry will decide whether Oxfordshire County Council can compulsorily purchase land needed for the scheme.
The CLR aims to cut town centre congestion and pollution and will run from Oxford Hill to Station Lane.
The closing statements will take place at the Methodist Church in High Street from 10am.
