TOMORROW, Oxford’s Remembrance parade will start at St John’s College in St Giles at about 10.45am.

Wreaths will be laid at the war memorial in St Giles at 11am followed by a two-minute silence.

There will be a service of remembrance at the Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery, Botley Cemetery, North Hinksey Lane, at 10.45am.

In Bicester, a service will be held at the war memorial outside St Edburg’s Church in The Causeway from 10.45am with a service then inside the church.

The parade will begin at midday from the church.

A parade will leave Witney’s Market Square at 10.15am and arrive at the Church Green war memorial at 10.45am and St Mary’s Church for an 11.15am service.

In Carterton, a service will be held at St John the Evangelist in Burford Road at 9.45am and wreaths will be laid at the war memorial outside the Town Hall at 10.45am.

A service will be held at St Helen’s Church in West St Helen Street, Abingdon, at 9.50am followed by a procession to the High Street war memorial for an 11am service.

In Didcot, bomb disposal experts from the 11 EOD Regiment, based at Vauxhall Barracks, will be among those who join the town’s parade from Edinburgh Drive car park at 2.30pm.

It will march up Broadway to the Civic Hall at 2.45pm for a 3pm service at the Garden of Remembrance.

Services will be held in Holy Trinity Church, Charlton, at 9am, and at Grove Airfield Memorial at 9.30am.

A service will be held at the war memorial outside the Church of SS Peter and Paul, Wantage at 10.45am followed by a service inside the church.

A parade will leave Banbury’s Broad Street at 10.15am for a service at St Mary’s Church, Horsefair, at 10.45am and wreath laying at the war memorial in People’s Park opposite at 11.45am. The parade will then march down High Street.

Wallingford’s parade will leave the Cattle Market car park at 10.45am and arrive at Market Place at 10.50am for a service.

In Faringdon, the parade will leave the Corn Exchange at 9.15am for a 10am service at All Saints’ Church and 11am wreath laying at the war memorial in Market Place.

The Remembrance Parade in Thame will start in the Lower High Street car park in front of Thame Town Hall at 10.40am and then proceed to the War Memorial. After the ceremony, the parade will march back to the Upper High Street car park.
