The woman who was found dead at Abingdon Lock was today named as Angela Gomersall.
The 69-year-old from Church Stowe in Northamptonshire was found in the River Thames after she was reported missing on Monday morning.
Police spent five hours searching for her before finding her body in the river.
A date for her inquest has yet to be set.
