New stained glass windows at an Oxford church were blessed in a service on Friday.
An assembly was held for parishioners at St Mary and St John in Meadow Lane to mark their arrival.
It was led by the Bishop of Oxford, the Rt Rev John Pritchard and was attended by children, staff and parents from SS Mary and John Primary.
The school orchestra, string ensemble and choir performed during the ceremony, which also marked the start of half term.
The Rt Revd John Pritchard said: “I was delighted to dedicate three wonderfully creative stained glass windows which have had an illustrious history.
“The pupils were really excited and gave both me and the guests a lovely welcome with superb music from the orchestra and the choir and a feast of smiles.”
The church was built in 1875.
