OXON: Money seized from a 50-year-old drug dealer will be given to an addicts’ rehabilitation centre, a judge has ruled.
Steven Lewington, from Middleton Road, Banbury, was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court yesterday having earlier admitted possession of Class-B drugs with intent to supply.
He was found with 213 grams of amphetamine with a street value of £2,130.
Officers also seized £1,245 in cash which Judge Julian Hall said should go to The Ley Community in Yarnton. Lewington was given 18-month supervision and six-month drug-rehabiliation orders.
