Work will be carried out to stabilise an embankment on the southbound A34 after it was damaged by badgers.
Repairs near to the Wytham Godstow flyover will begin on Monday and are expected to be completed by Sunday, October 23.
The work will be carried out from 9pm to 5am with a lane closure on the southbound carriageway.
