A 17-year-old boy has been charged with groping four women as he cycled past them.
The teenager, from Bicester, was yesterday due to appear before Banbury Magistrates Court yesterday charged with four sexual assaults.
It is alleged he touched women on the bottom in Town Walk East by the railway tunnel on September 30, in the alleyway at the back of Balliol Road on September 22 and in Withington Road October 9. He is also charged with touching another woman on September 5 at the Bure Farm pub, near Banbury Road.
