Cannabis plants and bags of the class B drug were seized in a raid on a Blackbird Leys home this morning.
Police carried out a search warrant at a house in Samphire Road, uncovering four plants, bags of drugs and electrical equipment believed to be stolen.
A man in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis, possession of the drug and handling stolen property.
He will be questioned by police later today.
