Fruit lovers flocked to an annual celebration of all things apple this weekend.
Apple Day is a nationwide event celebrating British orchards and the 3,000 different types of apples.
Visitors at the Waterperry Garden Centre in Wheatley held three days of apple-based activities.
They included the chance to try different apple varieties and juices, free orchard tours and apple bobbing.
Enjoying himself was 11-year-old Robert Holt from Didcot.
The St Birinus pupil, left, said: βIt was pretty good actually, I liked it. My favourite bit was learning how they make all the juices.β
Apple Day was founded in 1990 in a bid to raise awareness of the loss of traditional orchards in Britain.
