A man was seriously injured after falling into a hole at an excavation site.
The man, who is in his 60s, fell 12ft at the Great Western Park site in Didcot shortly after 4pm on Friday.
Two fire crews and a specialist rescue team were called to the site and ambulance crews treated the man while he was in the hole.
He was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital with suspected serious spinal injuries.
