WHAT a difference 24 hours makes.
On Thursday, Prime Minster (and Witney MP, of course) David Cameron was on a meet-and-greet on the streets of Tripoli.
Hours later, Mr Cameron is opening Freeland Village Hall.
Ironically, we were sworn to secrecy about the PM’s Freeland visit, yet Mr Cameron was meeting rebels in Libya the day before.
