More than £1,300 was raised at the Big Yellow Tea Party held on David Walter Close on July 2.
Janice Stewart gave over her house to the event which was attended by around 130 people over the course of the whole day.
A total of £1,374.38 was raised through the tea party which also featured clothes and bric-a-brac sales.
