An 82-year-old man died yesterday after crashing his car into a barrier while parking in Wantage.
At 10.27am, the pensioner was parking a silver Ford Focus in the Waitrose car park, when he “suffered a medical episode” and crashed.
He was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, but died later that morning.
Police are treating the death as unexplained and are appealing for witnesses.
