RSPCA prosecutes Heythrop Hunt member

A member of the Heythrop Hunt has been charged with two counts of hunting a fox with dogs.
Julian Barnfield, 47, of Kennel Lane, Worcester Road, Chipping Norton, is due to appear before magistrates at Banbury on Friday, September 16, on charges brought by the RSPCA relating to alleged incidents in February and March this year.
One of the hunt masters, Richard Sumner, confirmed Mr Barnfield faced charges but declined to comment further.
