A man appeared before magistrates yesterday accused of voyeurism and sexual assault involving three of his young pupils.
Joshua Plank, from Clouds Hill, Signet, near Burford, was charged with abuse in a position of trust, accused of sexually molesting a 13-year-old boy.
The assault was said to have happened between December 1 and New Year’s Eve last year.
It was also alleged the 24-year-old observed two pupils performing a private act for the purpose of his own sexual gratification, Banbury Magistrates’ Court heard.
The first incident was said to have took place between May 31 and July 1 last year, with the other voyeurism charge alleged to have happened on February 18.
Plank was granted bail and ordered to appear before magistrates on October 4.
