A range of development opportunities and pasture land are coming under the hammer at auction tomorrow.

Agent Carter Jonas is expecting strong bidding for its lots at the Oxford event.

They include 3.71 acres of land at Yarnton, which has a guide price of £30-£40,000. The land, which has road access, has a storage building and is bounded by mature hedges.

Also available is a rectangular plot of 0.69 acres at Shipton-under-Wychwood bordered by residential property on one side and agricultural land on the other, with a smilar guide price.

Further lots include 27 acres of water meadow at Tyle Mill, Sulhamstead, between Newbury and Reading and Patch Lodge at Great Addington, near Kettering where the property has been upgraded to allow occupation during the redevelopment into a nine-bedroom family home with leisure complex. It has a guide price of between £700,000-£750,000.

At the firm’s auction in April, several parcels of land exceeded their guide prices, including 11 acres of land at Old Boars Hill, which sold for £147,000, more than 50 per cent above the estimate.

The auction takes place at The Oxford Centre, 333 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7PL at 6.30pm.
