Police are appealing for information after a classic three-wheeler was stolen from a shed in Oxford.

Between Sunday, April 17, and last Sunday, thieves broke into the shed in Minchery Road, Littlemore, and stole a white and green 1976 BSA Ariel, registration number ORH 69M.

Detective Sergeant Richard Pickering, of the Oxford Auto Crime Team, said: “This bike is very distinctive and easily recognisable. If you notice someone selling it or you know anyone who has recently acquired a moped that fits the above description please contact police.

“Anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area between April 17 and Sunday should contact police.”
