OXFORDSHIRE has almost certainly delivered a resounding No to changing the electoral system to Alternative Vote.
Cherwell and South Oxfordshire have just declared their referendum results and have followed Vale and West Oxfordshire in a crushing defeat to the Yes campaign.
In the south 33,565 people voted No as opposed to 14,776 for Yes. In Cherwell it was 30,925 saying No compared to 12,944.
We are now just waiting on the Oxford City Council figure, which is currently undergoing a recount.
