READING the On Yer Bike column in last Tuesday’s Oxford Mail (April 12) I thought James Styring illustrated only too well how he and many cyclists view other road users.
He quotes how many cyclists were killed by motor vehicles in 2009 but he failed to say how many were killed due to their own neglect.
He also mentioned the danger of large vehicles and buses turning left, but then he ignored the fact that a cyclist, or even a motorcyclist, riding up the inside of any vehicle indicating a left turn, is asking for trouble.
