A broken-down lorry today caused delays for drivers on the A34 in Oxfordshire.
The lorry, which had a tyre blow-out on the southbound carriageway between the Milton Interchange and the Chilton Interchange, is blocking one lane.
The brakes on the lorry have locked on and it is awaiting recovery.
