Stuart Cooper should be more friendly to bus drivers (Oxford Mail letters, February 15).
Drivers also put up with a lot of rude passengers.
I thought it was also nice of B Drummond (letters, February 23) to say politeness – or the lack of it – works both ways. How very true that is.
