THE loss of the Vodafone mobile network due to more nefarious behaviour yesterday was certainly a wake-up call to a lot of people about how reliant we all are now on our phones.
You could see morning commuters on the train yesterday nervously checking for signal every few minutes — there was a sense of bewildered detachment from the world.
It was certainly a case of Nodafone for a lot of us.
