Road users are being advised that the M40 junction nine southbound exit slip road, near Bicester, will be closed tonight.
The closures, which will take place between 10pm and 5am, are to allow for work to lay anti-skid surfacing and to repaint road markings to be completed.
Heavy rain delayed planned work earlier this week.
There will be a fully signed diversion in place throughout the closures, with traffic being diverted via M40 Junction 8a.
