IN CASE of a repeat of last month’s massive traffic jam in Headley Way (January 20), during which it took a very long time to get to and from the John Radcliffe Hospital, could not some of our boys in blue high-tail it to the jams using old fashioned traffic moving methods?
Problem solved.
