Had 87 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £510, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.

Ian Macintyre, 50, of Ock Drive, Berinsfield, admitted drink driving on December 22 in Milton Road, Didcot. Had 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Given 60 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.

l Ross Munro, 32, of Mendip Heights, Didcot, admitted shoplifting plumbing items valued at £218.96 from Homebase in Abingdon on December 28, and shoplifting a toaster and soft furnishings valued at £54.96 from Homestore and More in Abingdon on the same date. Given 40 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £85 costs.

Hayley Lloyd, 33, of Druids Walk, Didcot, admitted shoplifting alcoholic drinks and children’s medicine valued at £57.33 from Waitrose in Abingdon on December 10. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 costs.

Lauren Townsend, 18, of Great Western Drive, Didcot, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend a supervision appointment on November 10. Original offence, of driving a stolen vehicle in Witney on June 20, resentenced. Given 12 months’ supervision, 40 hours’ unpaid work and told to attend an employment training programme for 20 days.

Ciro Ferraz-Filho, 34, of Lafone Street, south-east London, admitted drink driving in Stratton Way, Abingdon, on October 24. Had 127 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107mg. Fined £500, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for a year.

Paul Heavey, 19, of Guildford, Surrey, admitted criminally damaging a glass window and various items of clothing to a value of £730 in St Mary’s Street, Wallingford, on August 8. Told to pay £451 compensation and £25 costs.
