A 20-year-old man has been charged with causing racially aggravated grievous bodily harm following an incident in Woodstock.
Samuel Smith, of Oxford Street, Woodstock, was charged yesterday evening and is due to appear before Banbury Magistrates’ Court today.
Police were called to the Crown Inn, in High Street, Woodstock, at 9.42pm on Sunday after a 31-year-old man suffered a head injury. The man is being treated at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.
