IT IS bad enough to have to keep rubbish in a bin for two weeks, but my mother often has hers removed only once a month.
I contact Oxford City Council and report the problem but it continues.
Unless we tell them on collection day, or the next, that her bin has been left once again, it will be left until next time.
She cannot check it herself (she is on the assisted list) and I do not live close enough to do this for her. Who is responsible at the council to sort this out, as I am unable to get a satisfactory conclusion?
If it continues I will put all her household waste into the landfill bin. There will be no more recycling from her address.
