The renovated wedding barns at Caswell House, Brize Norton, have been announced as the Southern Counties Commercial Project of the Year by the Federation of Master Builders.
Hayley Fry, director of the Southern region at the FMB, said: “This is the title every builder aspires to.
“We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the high standard of work carried out at Caswell House and the wonderful environment they have created.
“It is lovely to see new life breathed into such beautiful old buildings.”
Caswell House, renovated by Sporn Construction in Stratton Audley, opened as a wedding venue last June.
It will now go forward to be considered for the national award in March 2011.
