Mallee North
THREE-YEAR-OLD Mallee North got a close-up view at the 28th annual Scoutrail model railway exhibition in Kidlington at the weekend.
The show at the Exeter Hall featured model layouts depicting railways from Victorian times to the present day.
Spokesman Bill Butcher said: “A few thousand people headed along. It’s a great fundraiser for the Kidlington Scout group and it seems to get bigger and better every year.”
The organisers have still to tot up how much the show raised.
