I AM writing on behalf of many residents in Kidlington who would like to thank councillor Maurice Billington for spending all day helping Cherwell District Council workers clearing the snow from the pavements in High Street.
The council was short of staff so Mr Billington worked with them.
Where were the other councillors? Nowhere to be seen!
