I CAN assure you that the incorrect use of an apostrophe in the notice announcing the temporary disablement of my website (The Insider, December 30)is entirely down to 123-reg.co.uk who host the site.
This is one of a number of failings and, when I can find a few minutes, I will be moving to an alternative and, I hope, more punctuationally as well as administratively proficient host.
Any organisation that sends e-mails to its customers that are no-reply e-mails has something to learn about customer relationship management.
