A man has been charged with the murder of a woman and her son at a house in Banbury.
Michael Kelly, of Hatch Road, in Swindon, has been charged with the murder of Sally Ann Cox, 43, and Martin Faulkner, 22, both of Mold Crescent, in Banbury.
Police discovered two bodies at the house in the Bretch Hill part of the town at 6.45am on Monday.
Kelly is expected to appear before Banbury Magistrates Court on Wednesday morning. He is also charged with assault.
