If you are standing in a queue in the freezing cold with more than 200 people waiting for a bus at Pear Tree park-and-ride and are then told by an ‘’nspector’ that two buses have broken down and another “didn't want to come” – then when you do finally board a bus, find the ticket machine doesn’t work and you all load on finally without paying – you really don’t know whether to laugh or cry!
