Two 14-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of burglary after a break-in.
A resident in Stow Avenue, Witney, disturbed a break-in and saw two people running from her home.
Two 14-year-olds were arrested nearby.
Police seized a camera stolen during the burglary.
Both boys were bailed until November 27.
