Two 19-year-olds have been arrested after an 18-year-old was assaulted and a gun was allegedly fired in Banbury.
The teenager said he was walking along School View, at about 3.20pm on Friday when two men racially abused and assaulted him and stole his mobile phone.
The victim called his family to help him reclaim the phone after he saw the men go into a house.
It is claimed the attackers then produced a knife, baseball bat, and a firearm which was fired into the air.
A 19-year-old was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon, and a second 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm and possession of a firearm.
Both have been bailed.
