A 43-year-old man has been charged with rape after an incident at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
Ian Joseph, of no fixed abode, has been remanded to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court today.
A 22-year-old woman said she was forced to perform a sex act on a man in hospital toilets on Saturday evening.
