MINIS of all ages, shapes and colours sped away from Oxford’s Mini factory to create a mile of Minis for charity.
Ninety Minis left the Cowley plant on Sunday morning, wending their way through the countryside to Dorney Lake near Eton, the venue for the 2012 Olympic rowing competition. Drivers arranged their cars in a spectacular mile stretch around the lake to raise money for children’s charity Kids Out, which helps disadvantaged children in the UK.
