Police today appealed for witnesses after a teenager was injured in a crash at the Headington roundabout.

Just after 4pm on Monday, a white Iveco Eurocargo LGV and a red Mini Cooper collided on the A40, at the Headington roundabout.

The driver of the Iveco failed to stop at the scene.

The 19-year-old driver of the Mini sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. She was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, for treatment.
