A TEENAGER woke up in a car to find she was being raped after a night out in Oxford.

The 19-year-old had gone out with friends to Anubar in Park End Street, Oxford, on Saturday night.

She met a man and the pair went to the Bridge nightclub in Hythe Bridge Street, and were seen leaving on CCTV about 3.10am on Sunday morning.

But sometime between 3am and 5am she woke up in a car, with a man on top of her, who was raping her.

Police said she remembers opening the door and being sick — but had no idea where she was.

The vehicle had five doors and was in a very brightly lit area.

Last night, Det Insp Simon Morton said the victim had admitted to drinking and officers were studying CCTV to try and trace the man.

He is described as being black, in his twenties, about 5ft 8ins, with cropped dark hair and was wearing a light coloured long sleeve hooded top, jeans and trainers.

Det Insp Simon Morton said: “We believe the incident took place inside a car after they had left the club.

“Were you out in this area of town on Friday evening?

“Did you see a man matching this description with a girl that night, she is white, 5ft 8ins, medium build, with shoulder length blond hair.

“She was wearing a distinctive pink sleeveless top with ruffles on the front, black leggings and black boots.

“We know she was feeling unwell as she recalls opening the car door and being sick, this was in a very brightly lit area.

“Do you remember seeing this between 3am and 5am, or did you have to clean this up or maybe you gave them a lift?”

“I urge anyone with any information that could assist the investigation to please get in touch.”
